What can I do if I am interested in an item that is out of stock?
If you want an item that is out of stock in our store, send us an e-mail to email@example.com and we will inform you if a replacement is planned and delivery times.
When will my order arrive?
Our shipments usually arrive in 24-48 hours as long as the product is in stock and when its destination is in the peninsula, however, they always depend on the courier services.
The order must be received together with the payment confirmation, at the latest at 3:00 p.m. CET; otherwise we will not be able to process it until the next business day (we consider business days from Monday to Friday, except for official holidays marked in the official calendar), except in payment by bank transfer when it will be expected to confirm the payment to proceed with shipping or cash on delivery, which will be after the order is processed. On weekends and holidays there are no deliveries.
For other destinations, delivery times usually range between 4 and 7 working days, unless the merchandise has to go through customs control. In this case, the customs office of destination will mark the times.
Where do we ship?
We send to every part of the world.
Residents of the European Union - The prices of the products that are for sale in our e-commerce stores include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Residents in non-EU countries - Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in non-EU countries will be exempt from paying VAT.
The prices indicated with the shipping costs do not include import taxes (duties). These will be paid at destination, to the carrier, by the buyer of the merchandise, upon receipt of delivery.
Due to its tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla are considered Extra-Community territories.
In purchases destined for countries not belonging to the European Economic Community, Especialistasenozono will not be responsible for the taxes of each country, duties or shipping charges.
As the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, before finalizing the order. If your order is equal to or greater than € 49.00 (taxes included), shipping will be free for mainland Spain. If, on the other hand, it is less than that amount, you will have to pay € 6.00 for shipping costs.
For the Canary Islands the shipping costs amount to € 40.00. For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the shipping costs amount to € 10.00. For other destinations the shipping costs will appear automatically once the address is correctly registered.
Can I track the order?
Yes. By registering at specialistsenozono.com, a user account will be created through which you can manage all your orders and see the status of each shipment: pending, sent, received.
If I buy a product and what I do not like, can I exchange or return it?
Of course! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition (all packaging, labels and products) within 14 calendar days of receiving them and we will issue the corresponding refund. In this way, you can make another purchase and receive another product that you have chosen at home. The equipment must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received, box, with the user manuals, all the components of the equipment, protector ... Once the equipment has been received and inspected by our technical department, the refund will be processed.
Who pays the shipping costs when I return a product?
If the return is the result of an error in the preparation of the order by our warehouse or a defect in the product (damaged product), all shipping costs are paid by Especialistasenozono. In that case, contact our customer service through our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
In all other cases, the return costs are borne by the customer. Returns will be accepted as long as the material is in perfect condition and contains all its parts. In the event that the product is returned without its original or damaged packaging, it may suffer depreciation and the customer will be contacted to inform them about what happened and the new return conditions.
How is a return made?
In Spain, we take care of sending you a transport company to collect the package to be returned. To do this, contact us through email@example.com indicating the full address, a contact telephone number, the number of packages to be collected and an IBAN (if the payment has been made on delivery). In other territories and countries we do not carry out collections, being the obligation of the client to take care of the process of sending the merchandise.
Remember to enter the return delivery note in the package so that we know the details of your order. We recommend that you keep proof of shipment.
How is my money reimbursed?
The return expenses must be borne by the customer, so that the refund amount will be deducted from the return expenses.
Once received in our warehouses and the equipment inspected by our technicians, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 3 working days.
Any refund will be automatically issued to the account used to make the original purchase and normally the term for the credit to appear in it is between 2 and 3 business days from the confirmation of the refund. However, it will depend on the card and the issuing entity.
All refunds will be automatically credited to the card, PayPal account or bank account with which the purchase was made.
Can I request a refund of shipping costs in case of return of the order?
In the case of receiving a wrong or damaged product, the procedure to follow is that stipulated in the returns under warranty and Especialistasenozono is responsible for the shipping costs.
What is the guarantee of Especialistasenozono products?
All of our equipment and products are guaranteed for two or three years from the date of delivery of the product.
At Especialistasenozono we want for you the best online shopping experience and total satisfaction with your order. Therefore, if you have any problems with your purchases, just contact us and send the product to our warehouses. We will do the due evaluation of the product and proceed to its repair or replacement with a new equivalent, if its repair is not viable.
The guarantee is only valid if the equipment or product has been used in the conditions and forms detailed in the equipment instructions. In case of improper use and not in accordance with the instructions and correct operation, Especialistasenozono is totally exempt from any responsibility, thus voiding the product warranty.
