Product order delivery

(i) Place of delivery

DAIE undertakes to deliver the Product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer. To optimize the delivery process, the address indicated by the Client must be an address where delivery can be made during normal business hours.

If the customer is absent when the order is delivered to the specified address, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. If, after ten (10) calendar days from the date of notification, the customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the Products will be returned to the DAIE warehouses and the User must assume control of shipping and return costs. , as well as possible associated management costs.

DAIE will not be responsible for errors or damage caused in delivery when the delivery address informed by the User is not in accordance with the delivery location desired by the User.

DAIE can deliver products of the same order in fractional form, in several deliveries and on different dates.

Upon delivery of the order, the Customer must show his identification document to the carrier, sign the delivery note and request a copy of it from the carrier.

(ii) Delivery period

DAIE will inform the Customer, before the end of the purchase process, of the delivery period.

DAIE does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays.

DAIE will inform the Customer, by sending an e-mail, about the date of departure of the order from its warehouses and the carrier that will make the delivery.

The risk of the Products (among others, loss, deterioration or theft) will be transferred to the Customer from the moment the order for the Products is made available to the Customer in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions of Use and Sale.

Some products sold on the website are imported. If the products are in stock, the delivery time can vary between 1 and 3 working days in the Iberian Peninsula. For other destinations, the deadlines are usually 4 to 7 working days and will always be communicated directly to the customer by email. The Product will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, except in cases of force majeure. In case of expiration of the deadlines, the Customer may request DAIE to proceed, in an additional period appropriate to the circumstances, to deliver the order. If the DAIE does not deliver within that period, the customer may cancel his order according to the conditions set out in the chapter corresponding to the return of the products.

If the delay is caused by force majeure, while the product is in the logistics phase, DAIE will inform the customer of this circumstance and therefore, the costs arising from its cancellation request will be borne by the customer.

Delivery times are the average times corresponding to the preparation and shipping times, calculated based on the estimated date of receipt of the goods at our warehouses. These deadlines also vary depending on the destination. Once the right to cancel the order as expressed above is exercised, DAIE will make the refund within a maximum period of 10 working days. In the case of partial delivery, this right will only affect the balance of the order that is pending shipping, and it is possible that the delivery of the same order will be made several times. Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the carrier makes the product available to the Customer, which is achieved through the control system used by the carrier.

Return of products

(i) Right of withdrawal

The Customer will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) consecutive days, from the delivery of the Product, to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the purchase of the Product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Once the fourteen (14) calendar day period has expired, DAIE will not accept returns for withdrawing purchases of Products.

Sometimes shipments to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar, Ceuta and Melilla or other countries may be subject to additional fees and customs taxes. These fees are calculated by the customs authorities. DAIE, has no control over these fees and we cannot estimate the cost. Customs policies and fees vary by country. Customs fees and taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be paid at the time of pickup at the destination. If the order is not collected, the amount will not be refunded.

To use the refund system, the following requirements must be met:

1) The Product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must maintain its original packaging and labeling.

2) The return to DAIE must be made using the same box or envelope used for delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the Products in perfect condition.

3) The return guide for the Products must appear on the packaging.

DAIE will not be responsible for the direct costs and expenses incurred by the Customer for the return of Products in the exercise of the right of withdrawal, so the Customer will assume the costs of sending the return.

For information purposes, the return shipping costs, provided that ordered by Daie, are currently € 8.00 for Spain, € 15.00 for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and € 40.00 for the Canary Islands. In other countries and territories, the customer must be responsible for the shipping process.

If the customer has benefited from free shipping with his purchase, the shipping costs will also be passed on to the customer.

If the return includes at least one bulky item, the return cost will be recalculated for the corresponding territory.

(ii) Refund of the price of the Products to the Customer

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal in section (i), the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the price of the returned Products, provided that they are in the same condition in which they were delivered, have not been used (except as necessary to check its adequacy with the foreseen), washed, damaged, with breach of the seal or lost before reaching DAIE facilities or the requirements established in these Conditions of Use and Sale have not been met.

Shipping costs for returning the Product mentioned in item (i) above will not be refunded.

DAIE will check the status of the returned Product in its warehouse, reserving the right not to return it if it detects that the purchased product and the returned product do not match or that the return was not made in accordance with these Conditions of Use and Sale.

Partial refunds of an order will result in partial refunds of the amount.

Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the amount and partial shipping costs. Shipping costs will be returned in proportion to the value of the returned product.

DAIE will manage the price return order using the same payment system used by the Customer for the purchase of the Products, within forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmation of the arrival of the returned order at the warehouse and, in any case , within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days after the customer is notified of his withdrawal. The application of the price refund to the customer's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The term for applying the price refund will be up to 7 (seven) consecutive days for debit cards and up to 30 (thirty) consecutive days for credit cards.

(iii) Return of defective Products

The Customer will be entitled to a refund of the price, delivery and return charges for defective Products or Products delivered, if they do not correspond to the order placed by the Customer, under the terms of the applicable legislation. .

In these cases, the return of the Products to the DAIE may be made in the manner provided for in section (i) above or by contacting the customer support service by phone or e-mail. In case of return of defective Products, or which do not correspond to the order placed by the Customer, DAIE will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the Product.

Recalling that all products sent by DAIE are tested and reviewed before leaving our warehouses, always aiming to avoid any incidence of this type.
